The following night, we headed back to Marbella for dinner. If you can believe it, this is made entirely from sand. We saw this on the first night in Marbella, and it was just beginning to take form. We were surprised to see it spray-painted. The guy that built it sits under an umbrella and collects tips from people like us. I want that job.
